Welcome to 9th edition of the Velebit Trekking, an impressive ultra trekking race that will take competitors through the Croatian mythical mountain, one of the last remaining untouched wildernesses in Europe! The race is divided in 3 categories: Ultra trekk course with distance of 100 km and 4500 meters of positive elevation, Challenger trekk course with distance of 60 km and 2000 meters positive elevation and 14 km Jogging course for tourists and beguinners. The race trail is very well marked and is consisted of 7 water points and 3 transition/refreshment areas. Carrying the mandatory equipment through the entire course competitors must to plan necessary food, water and tactics of moving and resting. All forms of civilization are avoided giving the competitors a real sense of a pure adventure. Join and experience Velebit - the mythical mountain that will take your breaths away!
